Our goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
1. Scope of Policy
What is Covered:
This policy applies to all standard purchases made through our website, including:

What is Not Covered:

Customized / Personalized Watches: Items made to order or engraved cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.

Clearance / Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Non-Returnable” at checkout.

Damaged due to Misuse: Watches with water damage (if not water-resistant), accidental drops, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.
2. Timeframes

Return Window: You may initiate a return for a refund or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Window: You may exchange an item for a different model or size within 14 days of delivery.

Defective Reporting: If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the watch must be in Brand New, Resellable Condition. This means:

Unworn: No scratches, scuffs, or signs of wear on the case, glass, or strap.

Tags & Seals: All original tags, protective plastic seals, and stickers must be intact and attached.

Packaging: Must include the original box, manual, warranty card, and any accessories provided.

Links: If the bracelet was resized, all removed links must be included.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We inspect every watch before it leaves our facility. However, if you receive a defective item or the wrong model:

Document It: Take clear photos or a short video of the defect and the packaging immediately upon unboxing.

5. The Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to process your request:

Pack Safely: Place the watch box inside a sturdy shipping box (do not tape the actual watch box). Include your invoice or Order ID inside.

Ship It: Dispatch the parcel using a trackable courier service (e.g., TCS, Leopards, M&P) to our Islamabad Returns Center:

6. Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Item: Khanzada Stock Supplies will cover all shipping costs. We will reimburse your return shipping fee.

Change of Mind / Exchange: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For exchanges, the customer may also be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item sent to them.
7. Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are processed as follows:

Paid via Card/Online: Refund will be credited to the original payment method (5–10 business days depending on your bank).

Paid via Cash on Delivery (COD): We will transfer the amount to your provided Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash account within 3–5 business days after approval.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Custom & Personalized Watches
Because our Premium Custom Watches are tailored specifically to your preferences, they are Final Sale. We cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Warranty: Custom watches are still covered under our warranty policy for mechanical defects.

Adjustments: If a custom watch requires sizing or minor adjustments, please contact our support team for assistance.
9. Warranty & Repairs
Most of our watches come with a manufacturer or store warranty (specified on the product page).

Warranty Claims: If your watch movement stops working or faces mechanical issues within the warranty period, contact us.

Process: We will guide you on how to send the watch to our service center in Islamabad or the manufacturer’s authorized center.

Note: Warranty does not cover battery life, normal wear and tear on straps, or glass breakage.
